How can I book an appointment?
Existing clients can book here. New clients can call/text (586) 210-0860, use the contact page on this site, or email revitalizespaandwellness@gmail.com with the following information: name, number, email, which service(s) you’re interested in, & the days/times that work well for you.
What are your rates?
Our rates are always up to date here.
What are your policies?
Our policies are on the last page of the intake form & must be filled out prior to your appointment. It states the following:
I understand that I must notify Revitalize Spa &
Wellness with at least 24-hour's notice of
cancellation or reschedule or to have someone take
my place in order to avoid the cancellation fee. I
understand that if I do not give 24-hour's notice or
have someone take my place that I will be charged
for my session.
I understand that I must arrive 10-15 minutes prior
to my appointment time to ensure my appointment
starts on time resulting in my full scheduled
appointment. I understand that if I am late & thus
resulting in a late start to my session, that my
session will still end at its scheduled time.
Please note: You will not be able to book your next
appointment if the missed appointment
is not paid for. Also, RSW holds up to the
highest professional standards so no
inappropriate behavior or talk will be
tolerated. You will be banned from RSW
altogether.

Do you sell certificates?
Yes! Same form of payments as mentioned above are accepted. At this time, please text (586) 210-0860 to set up a day & time to pick up the certificate for a physical certificate. RSW is currently working on being able to provide online certificates as well.
Where are you located?
RSW is inside the Life Balance suite in between the Chiropractic office & Gentle Dental - kiddy corner across the street from the Pit Stop diner.
